Filter and search Discrepancy Tracker

Filtering selections are bookmarked and appear the next time you are in Discrepancy Tracker.

Filter by provider:

  1. Go to Billings Center> Discrepancy Tracker.
  2. On the top portion of the screen, open the Provider dropdown. It is set to All by default.
  3. Select a Provider. The Discrepancy Tracker grid updates.

Filter by invoice period:

  1. Go to Inventory> Discrepancy Tracker.
  2. On the top portion of the screen, click the calendar icon by Invoice Period.
  3. Scroll to select the invoice period.
  4. Select the invoice period. The Discrepancy Tracker grid updates.

Note: Changing the Invoice Period to a previous month displays an exclamation mark with the following message: "A more recent Invoice is available" next to the filter. Click on the notification and the filter updates with the latest Invoice period available and refreshes the data.

Filter by the summaries and detail types of discrepancies:

  1. Go to Inventory > Discrepancy Tracker.
  2. Click on the filter section to expand.
  3. By default, these are the Summary filtering types:
    • Currency

    • Monthly Charge Inventory

    • Monthly Charges Invoice

    • Options Charge Inventory

    • Options Charge Invoice

    • Plan/option Difference

  4. Select a filter. The filter appears in Selected Filters.

  5. Select the filter operator.
  6. Enter filter values.
  7. Repeat for all selected filters.
  8. Click Apply Filter.

To clear any filters:

  • Click the x to the right of the filter and then click Apply Filter.

To remove all filters:

  • Click Clear All and then Apply Filter.

Note: Search filters that you've selected do not change, even if you log out of Cimpl. The filters are bookmarked and only change if you have click Clear All or after you set different filters and click Apply Filter.
